International scientific journal “Science. Education. Technology" is published by the Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University named after B. Sydykov 3 times a year.
The magazine is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The journal is registered with the National Book Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic with the assignment of the international code ISSN 1694-5220 dated January 15, 2004.
Magazine “Science. Education. Technology" (NOT) was founded in 1999 and is included in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) system. Agreement on placement of the journal “NOT” in the scientific electronic library (NEL) RSCI No. 717-11/2015 dated November 12, 2015. Two-year impact factor of the RSCI (2021) – 0.238. DOI prefix assigned: 10.54834.
The journal is included in the list of scientific and scientific-technical periodicals recommended by the National Certification Commission under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (NAC PKR) for publishing the results of dissertations in 12 areas of science. According to the resolution of the Presidium of the NAC PKR No. 588 dated December 29, 2022, the journal has 20 points.
