THE STRUCTURE OF COORDINATION ABILITIES AND THEIR MANIFESTATION IN STUDENTS AGED 17-18 (USING THE EXAMPLE OF OSH STATE UNIVERSITY)

Abstract

In this article, the subject of the study is the study of the theoretical foundations of the manifestation of human coordination abilities; their structural features of manifestation are characterized. Research has been conducted on the coordination readiness of 17-18 year old university students and the results of their assessment, made using generally accepted methods and author's criteria. Based on them, the current state of the coordination abilities of 17-18 year old university students was determined and the level of their manifestation was assessed using diagnostic tests and criteria. According to the results of testing, mathematical processing of the data obtained, as well as assessment of levels in the areas of manifestation of students' coordination abilities, it was revealed that the manifestation of coordination ability in the form of combating irrational muscle tension, estimated by indicators of catching a falling ruler, in which students demonstrated an average result of 15.86 cm, deserves a good assessment. Similar data were obtained for the manifestation of dynamic equilibrium, estimated using a special combined dynamic load, in which an average result of 9.68 seconds was obtained. The results obtained allow us to assess the coordination abilities of a person using the proposed tests and require adjustments to the process of physical education.
