In this article we try to show how we should use the new words and word combinations which belongs to this types of transport. The relevance of the chosen topic is justified by the fact that hitherto the terms of non-self-propelled types of land transport have not been streamlined, although they are spontaneously encountered in speech. They are also found in literary texts, but few have paid attention to the fact that these words have a highly specialized meaning, denoting non-self-propelled modes of transport. The article discusses the terms of non-self-propelled modes of transport, their cultural values. Some terms of this kind are included in the modern linguistic picture of the world, both Kyrgyz and Russian, associated with vehicles or transportation. In the article, the authors tried to decode such concepts and determine what linguocultural-logical values they have in the Kyrgyz or Russian national language. The selected terms are detailed and interpreted in both linguistic and cultural terms.
