Abstract

In this article, the subject of research is terminography as a branch of lexicography, which is the compilation of terminological dictionaries. Winemaking as a leading type of entrepreneurial activity needs theoretical and practical training necessary in the process of compiling reference dictionaries, terminological dictionaries for the training and education of specialists in this industry. The article discusses the basic principles of creating an explanatory dictionary of winemaking terms: the type of dictionary, the scope of the vocabulary that will be presented in it, the range of potential users, the functions of this dictionary, the sources of vocabulary for it - special editions, textbooks. The most important issue is the principle of the arrangement of vocabulary in the dictionary. Work on such a dictionary can be a significant contribution to modern T. terminography, since practical application of theoretical knowledge is important for this science. In addition, the creation of dictionaries is useful in the field of application, planning and creation of a terminological dictionary for winemaking, as the main activity aimed at improving the skill of winemakers in creating a equality food product.
