CONSIDERATION OF OFFENSES IN FAMILY AND MARITAL RELATIONS IN THE CURRENT LEGISLATION

Abstract

The relevance of the study, consideration of offenses in modern family and marriage relations in the current legislation and their impact on society, problems and their types arising from violent actions by family members, measures to resolve them through the law, additional recommendations to the legal norms provided for by criminal legislation, issues related to the ways of preventing violence are protection rights, freedoms, interests of family members. The subject of the study is public legal relations related to violent behavior, the peculiarities of the relationship between spouses, the current state of family members who have been subjected to violence, the need to regulate issues caused by harm to the health of spouses, the protection of life and health of citizens. Attention will be paid to the theoretical study of the recommendations, taking into account the identified features of marital violence and the implementation of the proposed activities that will increase the legal awareness of the population, reduce the level of violence of the parties in the family. The results of the study are considered, which may be of interest for further development, studying the problems of domestic and family violence.
