Abstract

In the article, the subject of research is the pedagogical conditions for increasing the level of professional and pedagogical training of primary education teachers for the implementation of the State educational standard of school general education of the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the work is to theoretically and pedagogically substantiate and experimentally test the plan-program of a seminar for teachers to improve the level of professional pedagogical training. The study used pedagogical observation, questioning, methods of expert assessments, pedagogical experiment and methods of mathematical statistics. A set of forms, means, and methods for organizing the educational process in a certain pedagogical algorithm based on the plan of the action program has been developed. A pedagogical system for increasing the level of professional and pedagogical preparedness of teachers is recommended, the composition of which is represented by the most important components of incentive-target, content-developing, evaluation-effective to ensure an increase in the level. A pedagogical prerequisite has been created by improving one’s teaching activities, increasing one’s skills by making wide use of available information and educational tools, providing assistance in planning and conducting the educational process, self-assessment and intensifying reflection on one’s activities. The results of the study are recommended and can be applied in courses, seminars to improve the level of professional and pedagogical preparedness of teachers.
