Abstract

         In this work, the subject of the research is the issues of improving the quality of qualifications of teachers of the Kyrgyz language and literature. The purpose of the study is that globalization requires a special approach to the education system, and that changes in the information age increase the dependence of the effectiveness of solving educational problems on the level of qualifications of teaching staff. The article states that the era of globalization requires a special approach to the education system, that changes in the information age increase the dependence of the effectiveness of solving educational problems on the level of qualifications of teaching staff. A teacher must be a professional person who knows how to preserve the achievements of the education system formed in the past, create a new one and creatively use it in his work. It has been studied that changing the value-target directions and content of general education in modern conditions, focusing on the development of the individual, his self-realization and self-development requires the improvement of pedagogical activities: content, technologies, forms and methods of organizing the educational process. In order to creatively solve educational problems, the culture of using practical knowledge for unprecedentedly developed pedagogical thinking of the teacher and adequate self-determination in real situations was studied.
