Abstract

Subject of research  the literature of the Turkic peoples has been studied by Kyrgyz scholars for more than half a century, and a chronological analysis of well-known translations, articles, and numerous published studies by poets and writers led by writer Aaly Tokombaev. The purpose of the study based on the materials published in the Kyrgyz press, make a brief overview of the issues raised in each article by putting them into a system while maintaining chronological order. Research methods  it is to produce certain results using the materials published in the periodicals, articles, and even in the form of textbooks. Research results  in this article, by gathering together the materials published in various publications, it is determined that the literature of the Turkic peoples has a century-long history of research by Kyrgyz scholars. Scientific value of research first of all, the literature of the Turkic peoples is a coherent introduction to the history of the literature of the Kyrgyz scientists. Practical significance of research knowledge of the history and culture of the Turkic peoples is becoming more and more important in the agenda of establishing international relations. The fact that such targeted directions have been studied by Kyrgyz scientists and researchers in the first study of the literature of the Turkic peoples, in the knowledge of their history, and their translation into the Kyrgyz language, and their inclusion in the curricula of higher educational institutions and secondary schools, will be an outstanding material. Future research recommendations  in the study of the literature of the Turkic peoples, it is necessary to teach the works of Kyrgyz scientists to students, undergraduates, and teachers of the faculty of philology and introduce a lecture course called "Literature of the Turkic peoples".
