ON THE ISSUE OF AN AGREEMENT FOR PARTICIPATION IN SHARED CONSTRUCTION OF APARTMENT BUILDINGS WITH THE INVOLVEMENT OF CITIZENS’ FUNDS

Abstract

This article is devoted to the contract for participation in shared construction of apartment buildings involving citizens' funds. Due to the absence and insufficiency of legal regulation of shared construction, as well as the lack of uniform law enforcement practices, numerous disputes arise, often leading to litigation. To ensure comprehensive regulation of legal relations in this area, and taking into account international experience, we propose the adoption of a special law, "On Participation in Shared Construction of Apartment Buildings and Other Real Estate Objects".
