CHARACTERISTICS OF BLESSINGS AT WEDDINGS OF THE KYRGYZ AND UZBEK PEOPLES

Abstract

The subject of the research in this paper is the blessing - the sacred heritage of our people, keeping from century to century. The purpose of the study is to compare the blessings given at weddings in two related languages. The study used the methods of literature analysis, comparison and interview. Blessings given at weddings in the Kyrgyz and Uzbek languages ​​were compared. A wedding in many countries is considered as largest and most important type of family celebrations. Among the blessings given to a girl, wishes for sending her off the family are distinguished by the fact that they contain great meaning for a long time. Blessing is an ancient tradition of the Turkish people. It is recommended to use the existing blessings in other researches.
