PROSPECTS OF USING ADVANCED FOREIGN EXPERIENCE FOR THE INTEGRATION OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF KYRGYZSTAN TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

Abstract

In the Kyrgyz Republic, the agricultural sector is one of the strategic directions of the economy. This article examines the best foreign experience of the agricultural sector in the conditions of the Eurasian Economic Union and in third countries. The purpose of the research is to study and analyze best practices in the development of the agro-industrial complex for adaptation in the conditions of Kyrgyzstan. Statistical and analytical methods, comparison and synthesis were used to conduct the research. As a result, it was found that the creation of competitive agricultural production primarily requires mandatory state support and regulation of the agricultural sector. Taking into account the experience of the EAEU states in the development of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in agriculture, Kyrgyzstan is recommended to export environmentally friendly, natural products, including yak meat, honey, dried fruits, products from wild medicinal plants. The need for digitalization of the agricultural sector, including full automation of plant irrigation by drip irrigation, was noted.
