PSYCHOLOGY OF JUVENILE DELINQUENTS

Abstract

              The subject of research in this work is the psychology of juvenile offenders. Purpose of the study: to identify the most advanced and at the same time the most complex problems of criminology.  Research methods: scientific methods of analysis, comparison and synthesis of literature and laws were used. Criminology as a science studies the personality of the criminal, but such studies are more complete than the study of socio-economic and cultural values ​​determined by the individuality of each person, due to the nature of the study of the object. According to the results of the study, it was concluded that in Kyrgyzstan there are unfavorable structural changes in the mental crime of minors, which require consistent and effective work by all law enforcement and other government agencies to intensify efforts to prevent and suppress crime among minors.
