THE ROLE OF PARLIAMENTARY FACTIONS IN ORGANIZING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE JOGORKU KENESH

Abstract

In this paper, the role of parliamentary factions in the organization of the activities of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic is considered as the subject of research. The purpose of the study is to determine the role and place of parliamentary factions in the organization of the activities of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. The research uses methods of analyzing the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and scientific works of scientists. The importance of the role and place of parliamentary factions in the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in solving urgent problems of the country in the legislative sphere was noted. It is confirmed that the parliamentary factions act as active participants in the legislative process. The role and place of parliamentary factions is particularly emphasized and determined by the fact that what promises the party makes and implements on its election platform, what laws the faction in parliament develops and proposes.
