ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES OF A LAWYER IN PROVIDING SERVICE GUARANTEED BY THE STATE LEGAL ASSISTANCE

Abstract

            In this paper, the activity in the process of providing legal assistance by a lawyer is considered as the subject of research. The purpose of the study is to develop scientifically sound recommendations for improving the activities of a lawyer in providing state-guaranteed legal assistance. The research uses methods of analyzing the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on advocacy and advocacy. In research, the importance of legal aid is considered as an essential condition for life support in the modern information and legal world. The legal system analyzes the problems that people face in the context of legal problems in modern society, which can be difficult and incomprehensible to an ordinary person. It is revealed that an important role in ensuring the rights and interests of citizens is played by the availability of high-quality legal assistance. The problems faced by citizens in obtaining guaranteed legal aid are analyzed and some solutions are proposed. Research has been conducted to improve the activities of lawyers to assist citizens, resolve legal issues and protect their rights. It is established that access to legal assistance in a complex information and legal world is a necessary condition for ensuring the vital rights and freedoms of citizens.
