Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of ensuring the quality of education in higher education institutions. The purpose of the study is to analyze the factors affecting the quality of education in higher education institutions, as well as to identify key problems and offer practical recommendations for improving the quality of education in the field of public finance management. In the course of the research, the following methods were used: deduction, analysis and synthesis, methods of observation and analogy, as well as comparative methods of scientific cognition. As a result of the study, the dynamics of applicants' interest in choosing a professional field was analyzed, the trend over the past 5 years was identified and justified. The factors of ensuring student satisfaction during study are considered. The article offers specific recommendations and approaches to improve the quality of education, which contributes to the training of highly qualified personnel and stimulates students to acquire knowledge. The study can be expanded to include other potential factors that may affect the quality of education, such as teaching methods, courses, and learning materials.
