EFFECTIVE USE OF THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR BROADCASTING MESSAGES

Abstract

The subject of study in this work is the effective use of the right tools to convey messages. The purpose of the study is to determine the effective use of the right tools to communicate messages. Research method: use gestures, facial expressions, voice, touch in your work. The work substantiates the need to study the characteristics of nonverbal behavior of representatives of different cultures, caused by the inconsistency of kinesic systems. It has been revealed that during non-verbal communication, gestures and facial expressions vary widely during intercultural communication for a representative of another culture, meaning signs when meeting other cultures. Sometimes, when different cultures meet, there are gestures of agreement. The special nature of nonverbal communication explains the presence of universal signs that are understandable to everyone, as well as specific signals used within only one culture.
