STATE OF DIGITAL ECONOMY DEVELOPMENT IN KYRGYZSTAN

Abstract

  This article considered the current state of development of the digital economy in Kyrgyzstan as the subject of research. The main objective of the study is the impact of digital technologies on the digital economy. This study used scientific research methods such as comparison, analysis and grouping. The position of the Kyrgyz Republic in the ranking characterizing the level of development in terms of Internet speed and accessibility among the countries of the world and Central Asia was analyzed. The current state of development of the digital economy in the Kyrgyz Republic and the results of digitization in public administration were analyzed. The scientific novelty of the research shows that the development of the digital economy based on the digitalization of all sectors of the state with the improvement of digital technologies, the optimization of the organization of various areas of activity, the illumination of the shadow economy, and the improvement of the life of the population. As a result of the study, scientific-methodical recommendations were made that the introduction of digital technologies in all industries improves technological processes, optimizes the organization of various areas of activity, brings to light the shadow economy, eliminates bureaucracy and prevents corruption.
