TECHNICAL FEATURES OF LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY IN PATIENTS OPERATED WITH LAPAROTOMY OF THE ABDOMINAL CAVITY

Abstract

The subject of research in this work is the improvement of endoscopic surgical intervention in surgery. The aim of the study was to improve the results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the surgical treatment of chronic and acute calculous cholecystitis in patients previously operated on abdominal organs with laparotomy access. The research methods used were laboratory, functional, and instrumental, chest X-ray. The obtained results of the advantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy over traditional, open cholecystectomy do not raise doubts about the low traumatism. The scientific value of the results obtained can serve as a basis for further improvement of endovideolaparoscopy. The practical significance of the result obtained is the early restoration of the patient's ability to work. The work is recommended to practicing young doctors of the regions of the republic.
