Abstract

In this paper, the subject of the study is repeated operations for residual and recurrent choledocholithiasis. The aim of the study is to present an analysis of the results of repeated surgical treatment of residual and recurrent choledocholithiasis. The research methods used are clinical and laboratory, instrumental choledochoscopy. The results obtained show that minimally invasive endoscopic surgery is the most effective method of treating residual and recurrent choledocholithiasis. The features of the results obtained concluded that endoscopic treatment of choledocholithiasis is considered optimal among other methods. The practical significance of the result obtained is that the general condition improves rapidly, jaundice disappears significantly faster and the terms of inpatient treatment are the shortest. As a result of the research, it is recommended that the surgeon always have the opportunity to choose from an arsenal of different technologies.
