DRUG SUPPLY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PULMONOLOGY IN A PEDIATRIC HOSPITAL

Abstract

The subject of research in this work is the drug supply of the pulmonology department of the Osh Interregional Clinical Children's Hospital. Purpose of the study: analysis of the range of industrially produced drugs in the department of pulmonology at the Omsk Children's Clinical Hospital according to the criterion of their compliance with the list of vital drugs of the Kyrgyz Republic (EDL KR) and correlation to the anatomical-therapeutic-chemical classification system. Research methods: content analysis of the drug procurement report of the pharmacy at the Regional Medical Clinical Hospital, systematization, structural and logistic analysis. Data from the electronic database of applications, receipt and use of medicines for 2019 in the OMKDB. Results obtained: Compliance of drugs with essential drugs of the Kyrgyz Republic purchased by the in-hospital pharmacy of the Omsk Children's Clinical Hospital for the pulmonology department according to nomenclature items is 67.8% of the total volume. In each ATC group, more than 50% of drugs are included in the EDL of the Kyrgyz Republic. The pulmonology department of the Omsk Children's Clinical Hospital purchased drugs in special children's dosages and dosage forms for 30% of the total nomenclature items. Scientific value of the results obtained: the results of this study will determine the features and problems of providing drugs to pediatric healthcare organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic. Practical significance of the results obtained: the results obtained contribute to improving the quality of drug provision and optimizing the financial costs of a pediatric hospital.
