Abstract

In this paper, the subject of research is the conditions of dynamic balance and strength of the rope working body of a stone-cutting machine. The purpose of the study is to determine the conditions of dynamic balance and strength of the rope working body of a stone-cutting machine.The methods of converting mathematical formulas and analyzing the obtained dependencies are used. The conditions of dynamic equilibrium of the rope working body in the process of cutting stone, at , аК = 0, are substantiated and the dependences of the corresponding operating and design parameters are determined. It is revealed that in order to reduce the tension force of the cutting rope PH, it becomes necessary to increase the speed of the cutting rope, with a constant drive power of the rope working body NK and a decrease in the total resistance force PC during the stone cutting process. In turn, reducing the diameter of the rope dT also requires reducing the PC and increasing the parameter . The conditions of the dynamic strength of the rope working body are formulated and recommendations for the selection of their minimum permissible geometric parameters are developed on their basis.
