Abstract

This article discusses the features of the device, the operating principle and purpose of a multifunctional separator. The purpose of the study is to use a separator for separating coal waste from small fractions, and in other cases, separating it from various inclusions in the final process to obtain finished vermicompost. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve problems in the design, manufacture and determination of the main parameters of a multifunctional separator. To create a separator, methods were used to develop, calculate and design a separator for the needs of the private sector in separating coal from fine dust parts, the need for which increases especially in winter. In other cases, the created structure is used by entrepreneurs to obtain the final purified organic fertilizer for agricultural purposes. The scientific value of the research results lies in the effectiveness of the developed separator in practice for obtaining the final product in the form of coarse coal, as well as obtaining pure organic fertilizer. The practical significance is to reduce physical labor and reduce the time for sifting fine-pulverized coal waste. For smaller entrepreneurs involved in the sale of coal, coal screening methods are ineffective, since it is first necessary to consider the process of separating large from small parts of coal. The developed design has been fully tested in obtaining its final purpose for both agricultural and industrial use in the process of sifting out small, dusty coal waste. This design is most effective for small businessmen for both industrial and agricultural purposes.
