Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of the mechanical and dynamic characteristics of the power cylinder of the hydraulic support of a reverse hydraulic lathe. The previously studied mechanical characteristic of the hydraulic motor is given. The statics and dynamics of the power cylinder are investigated. To develop the design of the power cylinder, a design diagram of the power cylinder and a design diagram of the cylinder for the case of equilibrium of the power piston have been compiled. The study of static and dynamic processes of the hydraulic motor of a lathe allows you to: calculate the diameter of the power cylinder, determine the pump pressure according to the static equation, in the equation of dynamics of the power cylinder, the coefficients for variables Tm and ε, consisting of mass-geometric parameters of the system, allows you to determine the dynamic qualities of the system: the type of transition process and its duration. The results obtained generally solve the issues of designing a hydraulic support for a lathe with specified characteristics.
