DISEASES AND PESTS OF THE RICE PLANT IN THE SOUTHERN REGION OF KYRGYZSTAN

Abstract

The subject of the study is rice crops in the south of Kyrgyzstan. The purpose of the work is to characterize the main pests and diseases of rice in the conditions of Kyrgyzstan and the measures taken to combat them. Biological methods were used to determine the most dangerous rice diseases: the causative agent - blast fungus, helminthosporiosis, fusarium diseases, rice smut; rice pests: common cereal aphid, rice weevil, shitten, rice mosquito, rice drunk. Measures for controlling weeds are stated: chicken millet, annual cereal weed and tuber, rice leersia, gumay, reed-reed, which are perennial perennial cereal weeds.
