Abstract

This article is devoted to the most important issues of legal education of students. The subject of the research is the development of legal education of students in the educational process. And also the methods are research received in the form of messages, questionnaires, questions and other diagnostic materials on legal education. The whole research is to determine the theoretical foundations of the development of legal education for students of secondary vocational educational institutions. The study of the works of many scientists has shown that they are focused on the need to improve the legal forms of modern education. The authors note that the study of the level of legal knowledge of students of secondary vocational educational institutions - 64% noted that they learn about law in a higher educational institution. Since it is the institute that is the main source for obtaining information on legal knowledge. The survey also showed that 69% of respondents said they knew about the law in the media, and 23% said that in communication with classmates and interacting with people around them. Theoretically analyzed the current state of the formation of legal education of students and given in the form of a recommendation to develop methodological and teaching aids on the formation of legal culture, legal awareness and legal regulation in the field of legal training.
