THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS AND FORMATION OF THE KYRGYZ CIVIL SOCIETY

Abstract

The subject of the study is the analysis of the theoretical foundations of Kyrgyz civil society from antiquity to modern scientific theories of scientists. The purpose of the study historical assessment of the stages of development in the scientific and theoretical processes of the formation of civil society in Kyrgyzstan. The study mainly used comparative methods, based on which the results of the formation of the Kyrgyz civil society were obtained. To come to a conclusion, a historical review was made of the scientific definitions of the Greek and Roman thinkers of the meaning of scientific values, the works of medieval thinkers, and the conclusions of Niccolo Machiavelli, a writer and politician of modern times. The practical significance of the results obtained can contribute to researchers in higher educational institutions, and scientific and methodological application in schools to increase the civic engagement of students. A promising aspect of studying the above topic is the study of modern scientific concepts of civil society., providing theories and hypotheses on civil society, a historical overview of the theoretical foundations of the formation of the Kyrgyz civil society will enhance the role of civil society in the Kyrgyz Republic, become the basis for joint work with the state.
