Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the mechanical characteristics of the hydraulic motor. Hydraulic motors without feedback and with hydraulic feedback are considered. The authors developed a control system for a stone processing machine, which uses hydraulic motors with feedback and without feedback. To compile a mathematical model of the developed system, such characteristics are studied, depending on the angular speed of the output shaft, the flow rate of the hydraulic motor, the speed of the tool supply, etc. An expression is given that allows calculating the parameters of the regulator: the diameter of the spool and the coefficient of spring stiffness. It is indicated that when the load increases and decreases, corresponding increments occur in the values of opening the flow regulator slot by operation. For the corresponding calculations, the design diagrams of the hydraulic motor are given.
