Abstract

This work was solved to solve the problems of dimensional processing of blocks and sawing stones of low strength. The subject of the research is sawing large-format building blocks from decorative concrete and low-strength stone. The aim of the work is to develop the design of a mobile machine for sawing large-format building blocks from decorative concrete and low-strength stone. The research used methods of analysis of sources and design of machines and mechanisms. The design and technological parameters are substantiated and a new design of a mobile machine for sawing blocks of foam concrete,polystyrene concrete and aerated concrete into dimensional products, as well as natural stone of low strength, is proposed. The machine can also be used for the production of building materials from relatively soft rocks. The distinctive features of the developed machine are mobility, versatility and the presence of an adaptation mechanism fixed on the movement platform. The use of a mobile machine allows you to eliminate a large number of manual operations, increase labor productivity and reduce the number of workers in manufacturing enterprises.
