EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF DUST CAPACITY OF FABRICS FOR SPECIAL CLOTHING OF BUILDERS

Abstract

The article presents some results of research work carried out by a team of authors in order to improve the range of special-purpose clothing for the construction industry. The purpose of this article is to consider one of the aspects of the operation of special-purpose clothing, namely the problem of aging, and the possibility of restoring protective properties during the care process. It is noted that for special clothing it is important to preserve the protective properties throughout the established service life, as a result, of which it is necessary to consider the possibility of restoring the properties of "aged" clothing. The dust capacity of samples of mixed fabrics, intended for the manufacture of special clothing from general industrial pollution, was nvestigated. It was found that the amount of dust deposited on the surface of samples subjected to 5 professional wash cycles when exposed in dusty rooms y is 13% of their mass, while for samples after dry cleaning this indicator is 6%. The use of special preparations for washing allows you to reduce the amount of absorbed dust by more than 2 times.
