THE STATE OF THE REGULATORY AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF SPORTS JUDGING OF THE KYRGYZ NATIONAL SPORTS WRESTLING KURESH

Abstract

  This article discusses the problems of the formation and development of the regulatory framework in refereeing sports competitions - an indicator of its professional development. The purpose of the study is to analyze the development of the regulatory framework for refereeing the Kyrgyz national wrestling kuresh, aimed at improving the professional competence of sports judges. In the course of pedagogical research, we used theoretical and empirical methods: analysis of data from literary sources, archival materials and documents, observation, conversation, interviewing, analysis of documents and products of activity, work experience of specialists. As a result of the studied documentary sources, it was determined that the legal basis for the sports competitions of kuresh wrestling and the training of professional sports judges needs a deep systemic, meaningful improvement. It is recommended to conduct an educational process with a deep study of the basis of the theory and methodology of sports refereeing, the psycho-pedagogical originality of the personality of the judge and his motives.
