ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL SYSTEM OF THE STATES: INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract

The article considers some political and legal concepts of the development of constitutional legislation in the conditions of the formation of the constitutional and legal system of states. The subject of the study is the consideration of the conditions for the formation of the state-legal system and their international legal regulation. The purpose of the study is to take into account and analyze the system of "checks and balances" as an obligatory, democratic element of the development of Kyrgyzstan. Research methods: comparative legal, systemic, structural, which revealed the essence of the researched scientific issues. Scientific value of the results obtained: the results obtained were an analysis of a number of norms of national legislation in the constitutional refraction. Practical significance of the results obtained: The results of the analysis can become a certain increment of knowledge in the field of international law and the need to implement a number of norms in the Kyrgyz constitutional legislative array. Recommendations on the prospects for research on this topic: are of interest in terms of the current system of constitutional law within the framework of international legal subjectivity.
