PROBLEMS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THELEGISLATION OF KYRGYZSTAN IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive analysis of scientific issues. Subject of research: the role of international law and its impact on the regulatory framework of the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the study: to take into account the specifics of the influence of international law on the implementation of economic relations in the Kyrgyz Republic through their specification in constitutional, investment, civil, financial, tax law. Research methods: analysis and synthesis, comparative legal, systematic, structural, which allowed for a comprehensive analysis. The scientific value of the results obtained: the results obtained were the result of a review of existing and newly formed positions regarding the implementation of a number of norms in national legislation. Recommendations on the prospects for research on this topic are of interest in terms of the current system and the correlation of public and private law within the framework of their international legal regulation in Kyrgyzstan.
