METHODOLOGY OF PLANNING VOLUME PRIMARY MEDICAL AND SANITARY ASSISTANCE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of market mechanisms for the development of health care in the health care economy of Kyrgyzstan, the problems of improving the efficiency of health care, strategic and business planning of health care, the organization of financial management in medical organizations, and the organization of financial management in the field of health care. Calculation of the volume of economic resources and their effective use by developing a planning method with the aim of improving primary health care. The economic practice of the health care system and medical activities carried out in certain organizational and economic forms, regulation and planning of primary health care were used as research methods. The study developed a methodology for quantifying the standardization and planning of primary health care. The state standards of family medicine, the provision of the population with doctors, the incidence in the service area, the economic potential of the region to ensure the development of medical care, including the demographic situation, were analyzed. The developed methods make it possible to rationally use the available resources to ensure the health of the population. It can be used in the implementation of state programs for the protection of public health, including the reduction of mortality, morbidity and disability in Kyrgyzstan.
