COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF SOIL POLLUTION WITH HEAVY METALS IN THE TERRITORY OF BISHKEK

Abstract

Object of research is the process of soil pollution with heavy metals in the territories of the city of Bishkek. The first territory is the district of the thermal power plant, the second southern zone of the city of Bishkek park zone. The aim of the work is to determine and assess the degree of soil contamination in two areas eastern and southern parts of Bishkek by the content of heavy metals. Research methods: were laboratory determinations, to determine the total content of the following elements: Sr, Pb, As, Zn, Cu, Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, V, Ti, a DELTA X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was used. In the course of the conducted studies, an excess of the permissible value of the complex indicator Z_ct(g), calculated on the basis of the total pollution indicator according to the scale of Yu.E. Saeta. The data obtained allow us to conclude that heavy metal contamination was noted in the study areas, their content is not background for some parts of the study areas. The data obtained indicate that the soil condition of the southern part of Bishkek is more prosperous than the district of the thermal power plant, for which there is an excess of approximate allowable concentration by 4-6 times in terms of soil pollution.
