Abstract

The article presents a methodology for teaching students of higher educational institutions the technique of tambour embroidery, which is an important part of arts and crafts. The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for teaching embroidery, which is the basis of the national applied art of the Kyrgyz people, accessible to students. The object of the research is the art of tambour embroidery. The study was conducted using the methods of pedagogical observations and analysis of existing teaching technologies.

The proposed teaching methodology includes practical operations for creating a sketch, choosing a fabric, combining colors with each other, choosing the right thread, and using the hook correctly when embroidering. The novelty of the results lies in the creative approach in choosing tasks for students and in creating panel sketches, taking into account national characteristics, aimed at the creative education of young people. The results obtained will help students studying at the university to better master the lessons of arts and crafts, combining theory and practice.
