COMPETENCE-ORIENTED TASKS IN TEACHING THE SUBJECT OF CHEMISTRY

Abstract

In this paper, as a subject of research, it is considered that it is necessary to implement a competence approach and use competence-oriented tasks in the teaching of chemistry in medical colleges. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of professional education by using competence-oriented tasks in the preparation of future specialists and to activate the interest of students in the subject, to show the relevance of vocational education. Scientific methods of observation, analysis and synthesis were used in the research through competence-oriented tasks that develop the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities of students. Competency-oriented tasks can be used in introductory, mastering new material, consolidating previous topics and in the final lessons. The scientific value of the study was to develop the skills of creative thinking, oral and written presentation of one's own position using competence-oriented tasks. Competence-oriented tasks were developed and used in accordance with the content of the subject. Taking into account the effectiveness of the use of competency-based tasks, it is recommended to develop and use competency-based tasks in all subjects in the educational process.
