Abstract

In this paper, the subject of research is the dynamics of the impact mechanism of a hydraulic-driven ramming machine. The purpose of the study is to develop and analyze a dynamic model of the impact mechanism of a hydraulic-driven ramming machine. Methods of constructing dynamic models of mechanisms and hydraulic drives of machines are used. Based on the Lagrange equations, a mathematical description of the motion of the impact mechanism of a hydraulic-driven ramming machine is obtained. A generalized dynamic model of the impact mechanism of a hydraulic-driven ramming machine, brought into a single-mass system, has been developed. A computer calculation program has been compiled and, based on numerical integration, the dependence of the pre-impact angular velocity of the rocker arm of the impact mechanism on the angle of rotation of the shaft of the hydraulic motor of the ramming machine has been obtained. The values of the energy and frequency of impacts of the impact mechanism of the hydraulic-driven ramming machine are determined; It is revealed that the average angular velocity of the hydraulic motor does not differ from the nominal one, since its shaft in the cycle has a speed of both a smaller and a larger angular velocity.
