Abstract

The subject of this study is the time of occurrence of the maximum concentration of a drug in the blood plasma, which is one of the main clinical pharmacokinetic parameters. The purpose of the study is to determine whether the time of occurrence of the maximum concentration, in addition to accurately indicating the time of maximum concentration saturation of the drug in the blood plasma, can also identify other important properties of the drug in the blood plasma that affect the human body. The research method is scientific methods for analyzing the time of occurrence of the maximum concentration of the drug in the blood plasma. The conclusion is - that the time of occurrence of the maximum concentration of the drug in the blood plasma, in addition to accurately indicating the time of maximum concentration saturation of the drug in the blood plasma, also indicates the approximate onset of the drug’s action on the human body. The novelty of this study lies in the fact that for the first time it is established that the time of occurrence of the maximum concentration of the drug in the blood plasma is not only a pharmacokinetic parameter, but also has a pharmacodynamic effect on the human body. The practical significance of the study is that only the time of occurrence of the maximum concentration of the drug in the blood plasma can determine the approximate start of the therapeutic effect of the drug on the body. There are no other ways to determine the start of the therapeutic effect of the drug on the body. I recommend using this factor in practice. Determining the start of the therapeutic effect of the drug has important clinical and practical significance.
